Description of polycarbonate (PC) product brand designation

Dear customers,

Since the polycarbonate product of our company was put into production, it has gained the concern and support from customers. In order to let the market have a more understanding of the designation rules of polycarbonate product manufactured by our company, now, the designation rules are described as follows:

I. Inferior- brand PC product

Remarks: Letter “Z” represents the abbreviation of Zhonglan Guosu, figure “0” represents that the PC product is an inferior- brand product, figures “01, 02, 03” represent the categories of inferior- brand products of our company, and letter “R” represents the varieties of assistants added in the inferior- brand product, where R means mold-release agent. 

II. Quality- brand PC product

Remarks: Letter “Z” represents the abbreviation of Zhonglan Guosu, figure “1” represents the safety class applied in the PC product, figure “15” represents the melt flow index of product, letter “X” represents the varieties of assistants contained in the product, “U” represents addition of anti- ultraviolet absorbent, “R” represents addition of mold-release agent, “U/R” represents addition of both anti- ultraviolet absorbent and mold-release agent.
